FreshTurf approached Tekuton with a vision to modernize and fully automate the way their technicians accessed and managed vehicle spare parts. The goal was to replace a traditional, error-prone manual warehouse process with a seamless, intelligent, and unmanned system.

We delivered an end-to-end smart automation solution—powered by IoT and computer vision—that enables technicians to loan and collect parts using only their mobile devices. From unlocking doors and lockers to activating scanners and verifying pickups, every interaction is frictionless and secure.

This project is now live and operating successfully for over 2 years, significantly enhancing speed, reducing errors, and creating a future-proof standard for spare parts logistics.
