e-Container is Tekuton’s answer to the growing demand for flexible, automated storage solutions. In partnership with FreshTurf, we developed a smart warehouse system that enables customers to rent and access storage spaces entirely on their own—no staff required.
Through a user-friendly booking system, customers can reserve a dedicated warehouse unit online. Once confirmed, they receive a secure QR code that allows them to access the physical site. With just a scan via their smartphone, the warehouse door automatically opens. Rental reminders are also sent proactively to ensure seamless usage and renewals.
e-Container is a fully unmanned, IoT-powered warehouse that puts control directly in the hands of the customer—anytime, anywhere.
Challenges & solution
Project Challenges :
FreshTurf sought to modernize traditional warehouse rentals, which typically involved:
- Manual booking through calls or emails with limited real-time availability.
- Physical keys or codes that were difficult to manage and posed security risks.
- Dependency on on-site personnel to facilitate access and monitor usage.
- Lack of a centralized system to notify users of due dates or rental expiry.
