Fastmix is Tekuton’s end-to-end logistics management solution built in collaboration with FreshTurf to help digitize and streamline the movement of goods from warehouses to final destinations. Designed for logistics-heavy operations, Fastmix connects every stakeholder—admins, drivers, and end customers—on a single, intelligent platform.
The system provides an intuitive admin portal for creating and tracking delivery orders, a mobile app for drivers to manage assigned jobs, and personalized links that allow end customers to place their own orders with zero manual intervention. Every delivery is now traceable in real time, with clear visibility into truck locations, job status, and order history.
With Fastmix, we’ve turned FreshTurf’s previously manual logistics operations into an automated, efficient, and scalable ecosystem.

FreshTurf and its clients faced significant inefficiencies across their delivery workflows:
- Orders and service requests were handled manually through forms, phone calls, or spreadsheets.
- Invoices were generated manually, leading to delays and inconsistencies.
