FreshTurf partnered with Tekuton to revolutionize its healthcare logistics and medicine fulfillment operations. The Medical System is a comprehensive end-to-end platform that manages everything from warehouse replenishment to order fulfillment—supporting both counter service and self-pickup options for patients.
We developed a unified ecosystem consisting of mobile apps, tablet-based service interfaces, smart IoT lockers, and ERP integrations. This digital transformation has enabled FreshTurf’s healthcare clients to automate their medical supply chain, reduce operational bottlenecks, and deliver a more convenient and reliable experience to patients and staff alike.

Before the Medical System was deployed, FreshTurf’s healthcare operations were constrained by:
- Manual processes for inventory restocking and medicine order preparation.
- Long wait times at pharmacy counters due to disconnected systems.
- Limited visibility into medicine stock levels and order status.
- No support for unattended/self-service pickup for patients.

Mobile App for Couriers:

Tablet App for Counters & Lockers:
Enables staff to serve patients efficiently or assign medicine to IoT-connected lockers for self-pickup. Patients receive secure pickup instructions and can retrieve their orders without waiting in line.

Automated Notifications:
The system automatically alerts customers when their rental period is about to expire, giving them time to renew or vacate.
